Once you deploy a new instance of VCF 9.0 and you want to access an online depot through a proxy server to download VCF Operations for Networks and VCF Identity Broker using the Fleet Manager appliance, you may notice that the configured proxy (see the screenshot below) under VCF Operations Fleet Management > Lifecycle > Proxy Settings does not work.
If that’s the case, enable the proxy in the VCF Operations under Administration > Global Settings > Network Settings (see below) and the Fleet Manager appliance (old Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager) should pick it up automatically.
Retry connecting to the online depot once again to download the binaries for VCF Operations for Networks and VCF Identity Broker.
